УДК 53.02 The law of determination of energy within various spaces has been discovered.Additions refuting the law of conservation of energy.
Annotation. The article is devoted to a new law for determining the energy inside the space of our Universe, one of the forms of infinitely developing matter, characterized by its length and volume integrated with an infinite time interval to determine the energy or work within the space itself. The substance of outer space is a closed energy system expressing matter having its own dispersed composition, consisting of mass, density and energy in the unity of the forms of its movement as a carrier of this natural phenomenon, holding and connecting all cosmic bodies in their orbits. The law that determines the energy of outer space includes the volume of measured space, the constant of the substance of outer space, the rate of expansion or contraction of space, and the acceleration of free fall within space itself. This scientific discovery will help to better understand the physical processes occurring inside our universe.
The existence of the substance of outer space for many centuries excited the minds of scientists and thinkers of antiquity. This phenomenon of nature remains relevant at the present time, as there are fierce disputes between modern scientists who adhere to different scientific concepts. In the scientific community, there are many disputes not only about the existence of the substance of outer space, but also about the exact definition of the name of this natural phenomenon, since each scientist puts a different concept into this word. This phenomenon of nature has many interpretations and is not fully known, and no one can give clear and affirmative mathematical evidence for the existence of a substance in outer space.
Moreover, it is necessary to emphasize that outer space and time are infinite, since whoever dares to say where outer space begins must say that he is outside this space. Time is a created and artificially derived physical quantity necessary for calculating work, energy or other properties of physical processes occurring within this space. For example, we can select a part of space and give it a time to determine the work or energy that occurs within this space.
In the old theories, physicists called the substance of outer space ether, which expresses a special continuous medium that fills the entire world space. Now many scientists call it the cosmic ether as the basic physical matter of the Universe, which fills the entire physical space and is the medium of all physical phenomena. In my opinion, this phenomenon of nature must be called the substance of outer space expressing matter, which has its own composition, its mass, density and energy in the unity of the forms of its movement as the carrier of this phenomenon. Moreover, the substance of outer space is heterogeneous and consists of a variety of physical quantities and components that interact with each other, creating an environment in which our Universe is located.
Some scientists and thinkers of antiquity were very close to unraveling this natural phenomenon. For example, the French philosopher, mathematician, physicist and physiologist Rene Descartes, in his philosophical treatise published in 1637 in Leiden, said that there is nothing in the world but moving matter of various kinds. Matter consists of elementary particles, the local interaction of which produces all natural phenomena. The Dutch mechanic, physicist, astronomer and inventor Christian Huygens was closer to the position of Galileo and Newton than Descartes, since he tried to explain any natural phenomenon in experiments and express them in the mathematical laws to which they obey.
It must be emphasized that the clue to the existence of the ether lay on the surface and everyone saw it, everyone talked about it, but no one could mathematically prove its existence. The first who tried to solve this problem was the great scientist and thinker of antiquity, Isaac Newton.

Newton tried to generalize his results and the results of the research of his predecessors, he always mentioned this knowledge known in antiquity, but no one before Newton was able to clearly and mathematically conclusively connect the law of gravity, which includes a force inversely proportional to the square of distance and the laws of planetary motion. Moreover, it was Newton who first guessed that gravity acts between any two bodies in the Universe.
The weakest point of Newton's theory of gravity, according to many scientists of that time, was the lack of an explanation of the nature of this force. Newton outlined only the mathematical apparatus, leaving open questions about the cause of gravity and its material carrier. The mathematical formula for the energy of material bodies in outer space was proposed by Albert Einstein, who published it in 1905. Outer space is a thermodynamic self-regulating energy system, which in the process of its work creates not only the substance of outer space, which has its own composition, its mass and density, but also the acceleration of free fall of bodies in space around all the stars, galaxies and constellations of our Universe. The substance of outer space and the acceleration of free fall of bodies in space closely interact with the forces of gravity and energy between active and passive material bodies. New constants, new physical quantities and new laws give us the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the mechanism of rotation of the planets and galaxies of our Universe in an elliptical orbit.
