Annotation. The article is devoted to the refutation of Einstein postulates on the principle of the constancy of the speed of light in vacuum and additions to the discovery of the constant inverse of the speed of light, where light in vacuum without acceleration of free fall of bodies spreads slowly. The speed of light propagation in outer space depends on the properties of the substance of outer space, the acceleration of free fall of bodies in space, the strength of the source of the electrical signal and its power. The essence of the formation of black holes that do not transmit light is clarified, since there is no substance in black holes and the acceleration of free fall of bodies in space, which help to propagate electromagnetic waves and light in a vacuum.

According to modern concepts, the speed of light in a vacuum is the maximum speed of movement of charged particles. This value refers to the fundamental physical constants, which characterize not just individual bodies or fields, but the properties of space-time as a whole. There is a misinterpretation of the definition of work and energy. Einstein showed that mass is a measure of the energy contained in bodies. Now the followers of Einstein use this ratio in the basis of the calculation of the energy balance of nuclear reactions, in the basis of all nuclear physics. I would like to calculate, according to his law, how much energy is contained in the mass of ashes after a burnt tree. However, this was a delusion not only of Einstein himself, but also of his followers. The same fate befell the law of gravitational Isaac Newton, whose strategic thought itself was approximate, but absolutely correct. The followers of Newton added a prefix in the form of a gravitational constant to the imperfect law of gravity, and turned it into a law of world wideness, in which the center of the universe is our planet.

At the time when Galileo, Halley, Newton or Maxwell lived, it was impossible to deduce the exact law of gravitational force between the surface of the sun and the surface of any solar system, as well as determine the force of gravitational force between two material bodies moving in space.
