UDC 531.5 ## Additions to the new law of interaction of two point charges.
Annotation. The article is devoted to the additions to the law of interaction of two point charges moving in space. The matter of the substance of outer space has its own composition, mass, density and energy, which is evenly distributed throughout the Universe, holding and connecting all cosmic bodies in their orbits. The substance of outer space of different systems of the Universe has a different physical size and smoothly passes from one environment to another. It is mathematically proven that electric charges in different environments of outer space resemble at different speeds, have different interactions with each other, which depends on the density of each electric charge, its diameter and the density of the space environment where electrically charged particles move. The environment of outer space, which has a full vacuum, does not contain matter, the substance of outer space, poorly transmits light radiation. These mathematical proofs are needed for a better understanding of the development of all processes taking place in the solar system of our Galaxy, which is an integral part of our Universe.
Mankind has always been interested in natural phenomena that took place on planet Earth and in outer space, to which they then could not give unambiguous answers. For some reason, more modern scientists are now mostly remembered, but one must always remember about the thinkers and scientists of antiquity, of whom there were a lot, but they were already interested in questions to which even modern scientists do not give their unequivocal answers.
For example, back in the 5th-6th centuries BC, Leucippus and Democritus expressed the idea of an intermittent granular structure of matter and the establishment of the divisibility limit of matter - an atom, and in the Middle Ages in 1121-1122 the Arab scientist Algatsini wrote a treatise - "The Book of the Scales of Wisdom" , which was medieval physics. This treatise contained tables of specific gravity of solids and liquids, descriptions of experiments on weighing air. Even then he even knew such subtleties of the material world that the specific gravity of water depends on temperature and so on ...
For example, more modern scientists, who struggled for a long time to derive the exact number of the proportionality coefficient G, which is now called the "gravitational constant", was added to the law of universal gravitation. Probably, modern scientists have already forgotten that even in the Renaissance in 1515 N. Kuzansky in his treatises developed the idea that movement is the basis of all that exists. Even then, he assumed that there is no stationary center in the Universe (the idea of relative motion), the latter is infinite, where the planet Earth and all celestial bodies are created from the same primary matter, and with the derivation of the "gravitational constant" one gets the impression that the Universe is stationary and planet Earth is its center.
In 1587 G. Galileo established the law of free fall, and in 1596 in the treatise "The Mystery of the Universe" I. Kepler saw the reason for the motion of the moon in the earth's gravity. In 1609, in his work "New Astronomy" I. Kepler sets out two laws of planetary motion and expressed the idea that the weight of a body is the general tendency of all bodies to join. Only in 1665, Isaac Newton deduced an inverse proportional dependence of the force of gravity, expressed in the square of the distance between attracting bodies. Where in 1687 his great work "Mathematical Principles of Natural Philosophy" was published, which contained the basic laws of Newton and the law of universal gravitation. Based on this law, Isaac Newton explained the motion of celestial bodies (planets, their satellites, comets) and created the theory of gravitation. The discovery of this law marked the transition from a kinematic description of the solar system to a dynamic description of phenomena, and finally confirmed the victory of Copernicus's teachings. He showed that three Kepler's laws and deviations from them follow from the law of universal gravitation, explained the peculiarities of the moon's motion, the phenomenon of precession, developed the theory of the Earth's figure, noting that it should be compressed at the poles, and so on. Moreover, in his treatise and published law of universal gravitation, Isaac Newton did not mention the expression about the proportionality coefficient, which was later renamed the expression "gravitational constant". Isaac Newton in his treatise spoke only about the law of inertia, the law of proportionality of the force of acceleration and the law of action and reaction.
100 years after the discovery of the law of universal gravitation by Isaac Newton, the French physicist and military engineer Charles Augustin Coulomb established the basic law of electrostatics in 1785, and in 1788 extended it to the interactions of point magnetic poles. However, it is necessary to emphasize that even in those distant times, Charles Augustin Coulomb already then established that electricity propagates over the surface of a conductor, and does not pass through its cross-section of the conductor, as modern scientists now claim. The law on the interaction of two point Coulomb charges in a modified form is more reminiscent of the law of universal gravitation, where the derived coefficient of proportionality in the law of universal gravitation was changed to the expression "gravitational constant", and the derived coefficient of proportionality in the law of interaction of two point charges retained its former name.

Although all these scientific laws were not entirely accurate, but at that time these were grandiose scientific discoveries of ancient scientists that turned the minds of many scientists and thinkers of antiquity.
It should be emphasized here that the gravitational constant of Isaac Newton's law of universal gravitation and the coefficient of proportionality of Charles Augustin Coulomb's law of the interaction of two point charges are a gross manipulation. In these laws, the gravitational constant and the proportionality coefficient complement the physical quantities of not quite mature laws, and these laws lead to the already universally recognized system of physical quantities denoting their dimension. It should be noted that the first and second laws indicate masses and quantities that interact with each other, but there is not even a hint of the environment in which they are located and the amount of motion of these physical objects per unit of time, and this cannot be in nature.
Moreover, it should be emphasized that Isaac Newton and Charles Augustin Coulomb did not participate in the derivation of the proportionality coefficients, but left these questions open to which other scientists could later give clear and specific statements.
