Annotation. The article is devoted to mathematical proof of the existence of the cosmic ether or the substance of the outer space of our Universe. The matter of the substance of outer space has its own composition, mass, density and energy, which is evenly distributed throughout the Universe, holding and connecting all cosmic bodies in their orbits. The substance of outer space of different systems of the Universe has a different physical quantity, which smoothly passes from one environment to another. After the discovery of the constant of the substance of outer space, it became clear that the substance of the outer space of the solar system can unite material bodies of different groups in one environment. The material bodies of the solar system include not only terrestrial, but also space objects. From the new laws of physics, it is possible to determine and prove the physical composition of the substance of outer space. These mathematical proofs are needed for a better understanding of the development of all processes taking place in the solar system of our Galaxy, which is an integral part of our Universe.

The existence of the ether located in outer space for many centuries excited the minds of scientists and thinkers of antiquity. This natural phenomenon remains relevant at the present time, as there are fierce disputes between modern scientists adhering to different scientific concepts. In the scientific community, there are many disputes not only about the existence of ether, but also about the exact definition of the name of this natural phenomenon, since each scientist puts a different concept into this word. This natural phenomenon has many interpretations and is not fully understood, and no one can give clear and affirmative mathematical proofs for the existence of ether in outer space.

In the old theories, physicists called the substance of outer space ether, which expresses a special continuous medium that fills the entire world space. Now many scientists call it the cosmic ether as the basic physical matter of the Universe, which fills all physical space and is the environment of all physical phenomena. In my opinion, this natural phenomenon should be called the substance of outer space expressing matter, which has its own composition, its mass, density and its energy in the unity of the forms of its movement as a carrier of this phenomenon. Moreover, the substance of outer space is not homogeneous and consists of many different physical quantities and components that interact with each other, creating an environment in which our Universe is located.

Some scientists and thinkers of antiquity were very close to solving this natural phenomenon. For example, the French philosopher, mathematician, physicist and physiologist René Descartes, in his philosophical treatise published in 1637 in Leiden, said that the world is nothing but moving matter of various kinds. Matter consists of elementary particles, the local interaction of which produces all natural phenomena.

The Dutch mechanic, physicist, astronomer and inventor Christian Huygens was closer to the position of Galileo and Newton than Descartes, since he tried to explain any phenomenon of nature in experiments and express them in mathematical laws to which they obey.

It should be emphasized that the clue to the existence of the ether lay on the surface and everyone saw it, everyone talked about it, but no one could mathematically prove its existence. The first who tried to solve this problem was the great scientist and thinker of antiquity Isaac Newton.

Outstanding English physicist, mathematician and astronomer, one of the founders of classical physics, Isaac Newton in his main and fundamental work "Mathematical Principles of Natural Philosophy" published in 1687 outlined the law of universal gravitation and three laws of mechanics that became the basis of classical mechanics. He developed differential and integral calculations, the theory of color, laid the foundations of modern physical optics, and created other mathematical laws and physical theories. In his book, Newton clearly defined the basic concepts of mechanics, and introduced several new ones, including the most important physical quantities such as mass, external force and momentum. He made a strict deduction from the law of gravitation of all three of Kepler's laws. Newton tried to generalize his results and the results of his predecessors' research, always mentioned this knowledge, known in antiquity, but no one before Newton was able to clearly and mathematically relate the law of gravitation, which includes a force inversely proportional to the square of the distance and the laws of motion of the planets. Moreover, it was Newton who first guessed that gravity acts between any two bodies in the universe.

The weakest point of Newton's theory of gravitation, according to many scientists of that time, was the lack of an explanation of the nature of this force. Newton outlined only the mathematical apparatus, leaving open questions about the cause of gravitation and its material carrier.

However, after modern discoveries:

- constants of internal stresses of the substance of outer space,

- a new law that determines the acceleration of free fall of bodies in space,

- a new law determining the distance from the surface of the Sun to the surface of the planets of the Solar System.

- a new law that determines the diffusion coefficient of an electric charge from a source of radiation of light energy,

- a new law that determines the speed of movement of electrically charged particles from a radiation source located in different media,

Other very important laws of physics in various fields of science and technology were discovered by the physicist and inventor A.N. Belashov, who has over 60 inventions. He discovered 72 new laws of physics and 40 new mathematical formulas in various fields of science and technology, which were presented in scientific journals and on the site http://www.belashov.info.

From the listed laws and formulas, one can easily prove not only the origin of the substance of outer space, but also the connections between the planets of the solar system using modern knowledge and previously accumulated knowledge and experience of other scientists, thinkers, philosophers, inventors and naturalists.

Outer space is a thermodynamic self-regulating energy system, which in the process of its work creates not only the substance of outer space, which has its own composition, its mass and density, but also the acceleration of free fall of bodies in space around all the stars, galaxies and constellations of our Universe. The substance of outer space and the acceleration of free fall of bodies in space closely interact with the forces of gravity and energy between active and passive material bodies. After the discovery of the constant inverse speed of light, the constant of the substance of outer space, the constant of internal stresses of the substance of outer space, a new physical quantity that determines the substance of outer space and a new physical quantity that determines the acceleration of free fall of bodies in the space of the Solar System, the mechanism of rotation of the planets and galaxies of our Universe along the elliptical orbit. The mechanism of the emergence of forces that rotate the planets and galaxies of our Universe in an elliptical orbit occurs in cosmic substance and depends on the degree of activity of material bodies, their density, volume, the acceleration of free fall of bodies in space, gravitational forces and energy between active or passive material bodies. When the position of one material body located in the space of the solar system changes in relation to another material body, not only the gravitational force of this material body will change, but also its energy. New constants, new physical quantities and new laws give us the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the mechanism of rotation of the planets and galaxies of our Universe in an elliptical orbit.
